A recent donation was made by the Paragon Charitable Foundation to the Forward Day Care Centre in Kings Lynn.
The centre supports adults with autism and learning disabilities in West Norfolk. They support members to gain independence taking control of their lives and in some cases gaining employment.
The trustees were able to support the students with kitchen items such as a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and popcorn maker. These are used in a recently introduced skills development fudge and popcorn making facility for the students. The products are then retailed in the charity shop based in the Vancouver Centre to raise much needed funds.
Our photo shows the trustees with a group of students and Steve Fuller CEO of the day centre.
